We are currently looking for an experienced:
Senior Transport Planner

Your responsibilities:
As a Senior Transport Planner, you will become part of the Fleet Team and play a key role in managing and optimizing transport operations for the company’s own trailer fleet.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and coordinating efficient transport schedules
- Monitoring current fleet positions and proactively reacting to any deviations or delays
- Optimizing routes and operational efficiency
- Providing clear instructions and support to hauliers and transport partners
- Managing assigned transport units and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Supporting digital and process improvement initiatives
- Handling customer communication as well as administrative and financial aspects related to transport operations
You will work closely with a supportive team of experienced colleagues in a fast-paced international environment.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant education in logistics, transport or supply chain
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Transport Planner
- Good knowledge of TMS systems, Excel and MS Office tools (especially Outlook)
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of Dutch, German or French will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused approach combined with cost awareness
