Operations Manager (Board Member / Managing Director)
Location: 10km from Siena, Tuscany, Italy
Property: Luxury boutique hotel
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Technical department)
- Act as a Board Member (Managing Director) with full legal responsibility
- Ensure high service standards in the premium/luxury segment
- Manage and develop the operational team, including recruitment and onboarding
- Monitor costs, analyze performance, and optimize processes
- Collaborate closely with the Hotel Director and report on operational results
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a boutique/luxury hotel
- No legal restrictions to act as a Managing Director in Italy
- Proven experience in managing operational teams
- Strong command of English (B2/C1 level)
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
