class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Development &amp; Growth Manager<\/strong> to drive growth in the Polish market for an international company operating at the intersection of <strong>FinTech, digital marketing and performance-based customer acquisition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This is <strong>not a traditional sales or account management role<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">With an established network of partners and advertisers already in place, your focus will be on finding <strong>new ways to grow a mature market<\/strong> \u2014 through new traffic sources, partnerships, offers, funnels and monetization models.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You\u2019ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, test ideas and scale what works \u2014 effectively treating the Polish market as a <strong>standalone business<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll do<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Identify and develop <strong>new traffic sources, partnerships and acquisition opportunities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Create and test new <strong>traffic source \u2192 offer \u2192 funnel<\/strong> combinations.<\/li>\n<li>Explore new monetization opportunities, including cross-sell, alternative advertisers and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Grow existing affiliate and advertiser partnerships to increase revenue and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Independently <strong>source, negotiate, launch and scale<\/strong> partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms and identify opportunities to improve conversions and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance, conversion rates and unit economics to identify what to scale, optimize or change.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitors, market trends, new players and emerging opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of initiatives from idea through execution and measurable results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience in <strong>Business Development, Growth, Partnerships or Affiliate Marketing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in <strong>CPA \/ Performance Marketing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with affiliates, publishers, CPA networks and\/or advertisers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI, margin and unit economics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to independently <strong>find \u2192 negotiate \u2192 launch \u2192 scale<\/strong> new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, curious and hands-on approach.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in an international environment.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent <strong>Polish and English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nice to have<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience within <strong>FinTech, Lending, Banking or Financial Services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with financial lead generation or similar performance-driven business models.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing new acquisition or
