We are looking for a\u00a0Finance & Operations Specialist<\/strong>\u00a0to support the founder of several small companies based in Warsaw. This is a diverse role, combining\u00a0administrative, accounting, and operational responsibilities (approx. 85%)<\/strong>\u00a0across multiple ventures, with additional\u00a0executive support tasks (approx. 15%)<\/strong>\u00a0such as travel coordination, translations, and calls.<\/p>\r\n

You\u2019ll collaborate closely with startup teams, IT specialists, accountants, and finance experts on an international level. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and motivated by entrepreneurship<\/p>\r\n

  • Work with external accountants \u2192 organize docs, track bookkeeping, support cash flow.<\/li>\r\n
  • Keep day-to-day admin and operations in check across a few companies.<\/li>\r\n
  • Draft simple contracts (partnerships, commercial deals).<\/li>\r\n
  • Streamline processes with smarter tools & automation.<\/li>\r\n
  • Support early-stage startup projects (events, testing, project management).<\/li>\r\n
  • Connect with banks and advisors on finance & investment topics.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\r\n

      Background in accounting, administration, or business ops.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      Fluent in Polish + English.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      Comfortable managing company basics (admin, finance, legal).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      Super organized + detail-focused.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    • \r\n

      Tech-friendly (Google Workspace, Notion, AI tools).<\/p>\r\n

      \u2728 Bonus points if you:<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      Speak French or German (B2+).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      Have startup experience or ran your own side hustle.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
