Financial Administration Officer – Road Transport
Location: Rotterdam area / West Netherlands

Role:
Responsible for accurate financial administration within an international road
transport company, with a focus on invoicing, cost control, and payment follow-up.
Key Tasks:
Prepare and process transport invoices
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Monitor payments and outstanding balances
Check transport-related costs (fuel, tolls, carriers)
Support monthly closings and VAT administration
Profile:
Experience in financial administration (road transport preferred)
Good Excel and accounting system skills
Knowledge of international VAT is an advantage
Accurate, structured, and proactive
Fluent in English; Polish or Dutch or German is a plus
