Overview

Our client is a leading international manufacturing company near Kraków, specializing in high-quality production for global clients in the engineering, automotive, and industrial sectors. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector (Kontroler Jakości) to strengthen the Quality Assurance Department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections of raw materials, components, and final products

• Identify defects and non-conformities, prepare quality reports, and support root cause analysis

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure continuous process improvement

• Verify compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and internal quality standards

• Maintain inspection documentation, measurement records, and calibration logs

• Participate in internal audits, corrective actions, and quality meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Inspector in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of quality systems, measurement tools, and technical drawings
• Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
• Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Communicative level of English or technical English is an asset
