Order Entry officer – Road Transport
Location: Rotterdam area – West Netherlands
Role:
Responsible for accurate and timely entry of transport orders into the system, ensuring all shipment details are complete and correct to support efficient road transport operations.
Key Tasks:
- Enter and process road transport orders in the TMS
- Check order details (routes, rates, delivery terms, documentation)
- Coordinate with planning and operations teams
- Update orders and handle changes or corrections
- Maintain accurate and complete transport records
Profile:
- Experience in order entry or logistics administration
- Familiarity with road transport processes is an advantage
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Comfortable working with systems and data entry
- Good command of English
- Polish is a big advantage
