We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI technology company that is transforming how modern finance teams operate. The company is developing an AI-native ERP platform designed to automate financial operations, streamline accounting processes, and help businesses manage their financial data with greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack / Forward-Deployed Engineer who enjoys building production-ready solutions, working directly with customers, and taking full ownership of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer projects end to end, from discovery and design to deployment.
- Build full-stack solutions using Django, DRF, PostgreSQL, Next.js, React and TypeScript.
- Develop reliable data migrations, integrations and automated workflows.
- Work directly with customers to solve complex technical and business challenges.
- Build reusable tools and contribute to core product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering production-ready software.
- Strong expertise in Django, Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL, including query optimisation and live migrations.
- Proficiency in Next.js, React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Temporal, Celery or similar workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
- Proven customer-facing engineering experience.
- Strong ownership mindset, excellent communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have: Experience in fintech, ERP, accounting systems or forward-deployed engineering.
