Financial Administration Officer – Road Transport

Location: Rotterdam area / West Netherlands


Role:
Responsible for accurate financial administration within an international road
transport company, with a focus on invoicing, cost control, and payment follow-up.


Key Tasks:
 Prepare and process transport invoices
 Manage accounts receivable and payable
 Monitor payments and outstanding balances
 Check transport-related costs (fuel, tolls, carriers)
 Support monthly closings and VAT administration


Profile:
 Experience in financial administration (road transport preferred)
 Good Excel and accounting system skills
 Knowledge of international VAT is an advantage
 Accurate, structured, and proactive
 Fluent in English; Polish or Dutch or German is a plus
