For our client, a large international organization, we are seeking a candidate for:

Customer Support & Implementation Specialist

Our client is a fast-growing software company launching an innovative, super user-friendly platform designed to support businesses in the US and Canada. As part of the brand-new customer support team, you will play a key role in providing high-level customer service, onboarding new clients, and ensuring smooth implementation of our software.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organization, where you will work closely with clients, build strong relationships, and be part of a team that truly values customer success. The role also includes frequent travel to the US to support major client kickoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Address client inquiries and troubleshooting needs in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software to assist clients effectively.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Participate in frequent US business trips for client kickoffs and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (clear communication, neutral or US accent preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or implementation (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong customer service mindset – focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Passion for delivering top-quality customer experiences.
  • Basic Excel knowledge is a plus.

What We Offer

  • 4-6 weeks of onboarding training to fully master the software.

  • Location: Krakow (4 days office-based)
